Spokane Orthodontics is amazing. When I got my braces, they made it a comfortable and an exciting experience. The staff is always kind. Plus their reward points program they have encourages me to care for my braces and teeth well. Dr. Spokane and Dr. Karski are very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for being my orthodontist.

The team is professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond for their patients. When we had a minor issue, the orthodontist himself responded to a personal text on a Sunday, which shows how much he truly cares. His attention to detail and dedication to patient satisfaction are unmatched. Highly recommend to anyone considering braces!

I love coming to Dr. Spokanes office. The staff always provides me with a wonderful experience. Dr. Spokane is so personable. They always get me in an out,m. If I break a bracket they get me in the very next business day upon me calling in. The prices are reasonable for out of pocket payers like me. Glad I chose doctor Spokanes office!

We saw 3 different orthodontics practices for evaluation and Karski and Spokane were our hands down pick. The treatment plan that Dr. Karski suggested made the most sense and was explained well. She really answered all our questions and took her time. Scheduling was easy and everyone in the office has been so helpful and kind. We made the right choice!

My mom works in dentistry and chose Dr Spokane’s office for my orthodontic care because she was so impressed with the quality of work she sees in their mutual patients. Spokane’s office thinks through every aspect of orthodontic treatment from beginning to end!
For serving such a high volume of patients they are very timely with appointments. Reward system for kids is a nice incentive to get my child involved in her dental care. She hasn't ever complained about her care. Devider between child chairs for treatment may be more comfortable for her was her only mention. I'm happy with seven fields location now that we have moved but I think Chippewa location suited us even more.
Everyone is the office is very friendly and accommodating. Our son felt at ease with the procedures being performed.

Get ready for some serious smile-saving action! My son just got his braces today, and let me tell you, this orthodontist office is like the Justice League of teeth-straightening. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a Marvel and DC wonderland that instantly puts a smile on your face (even before the braces do!).
Every single person on staff is super sweet and incredibly welcoming. What truly blew us away, though, was how amazing they were with my son, who has autism. Ortho visits can be tough, but they made him feel completely comfortable and excited about his journey to a fantastic smile. No meltdowns, just pure superhero-level treatment. If you're looking for an orthodontist that's fun, friendly, and truly understands kids, this is your spot. Five stars for saving the day, one tooth at a time!
